What you might want to know
Do you offer an introductory meeting?
Of course! It's very important that we have a chance to meet or speak before any work is agreed. This gives us both a chance to get to know each other and each others business. The initial meeting is free of charge and can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.
How does it work?
Once we have agreed the work required you will be sent a consultancy agreement confirming the services and charges.
If the work is based on a specific number of hours being completed a detailed record of how the time has been spent will be kept and sent to you at the end of each month or sooner if you prefer.
Payment is usually due on completion of the work or in instalments if the work is ongoing or significant.
How much will it cost?
Every business owner and business is different and therefore although I have a ‘rates grid’ it’s likely that we’ll need to discuss your needs and come up with an arrangement that works for you (and me!). Discounted rates are offered for multiple projects, regular work and retainer work.
How do you protect my data?
Magnify & Grow is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office, which ensures all necessary precautions are taken to look after your data. You can view the Data Protection & Privacy Policy here.
Can you provide a confidentiality agreement?
All customer data, that is not already in the public domain, will of course be kept confidential. If however you would feel more comfortable with both parties signing a confidentiality agreement this can be arranged.
What insurance do you have in place?
Professional Indemnity and Public Liabilty insurance is in place and copies of the insurance can be provided on request.
